For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address (when submitting customer support requests). The core remote control operates locally on your home network to communicate with your TV devices and does not store personal media or keystrokes on external servers.
The app utilizes third-party SDKs that may collect technical and diagnostic information (such as hardware model, OS version, regional settings, and crash logs) to optimize service delivery, ads, and performance via Google Play Services, Firebase, and AdMob.

Personal Identification Information

Unless you exercise your right of erasure, technical crash logs and support records are automatically purged after three (3) years in accordance with our data retention schedule.

However, no method of electronic storage or wireless transmission over Wi-Fi is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
